Admission

Admission is granted purely on merit on the basis of an entrance test. This test is compulsory. The admission test seeks to assess the Child’s general awareness of the subjects of English, Science and Mathematics. The general standard of test is that of the class previous to which admission is sought No test is held for admission to Nursery to UKG classes. However, the age of child as on 1 April of the year should not be less than 3 1/2 years. Admission form is attached. Admissions are granted under RTE also.
Admission/Promotion to next higher class is not automatic and may be denied if the performance, and conduct of the Student is not found satisfactory.

SUBJECTS OFFERED : Following combinations of subjects are offered at present:-

XI & XII STANDARD

  • Compulsory Subjects: Language-Hindi/English
  • Science Stream – Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics/Biology
  • Commerce Stream – Accountancy, Economics, Business Studies/Computer Science/Maths
  • Agriculture Stream – Agriculture Biology, Agriculture Chemistry, Agriculture
  • Humanities/Arts Stream – History, Political Science, Geography, Computer, Hindi Literature, Sanskrit Literature, Economics, Home Science, English Literature

DOCUMENTS
At the time of admission following will be submitted failing which the admission may be denied / cancelled.

  • Original Birth Certificate and it’s Photocopy.
  • Mark Sheet/Progress Card of the previous examination passed and it’s Photocopy.
  • Transfer Certificate of the school last attended. (Original)
  • Migration Certificate, (if applicable) (Only for Other Boards)
  • SC/ST/OBC certificate issued by competent authority. (If applicable)
  • Residence Proof.

SCHOOL HOURS
The school observes the following working hours. (They are Subject to Change as per RBSE/Govt Orders)

School Hours

  • Summer (April to October): 08.00 AM to 01.30 PM
  • Winter (November to 31 March): 08.30AM to 02.00 PM

VACATIONS AND HOLIDAYS
Holidays approved by government are observed besides following vacations.

  • Summer: 40 days mid May & June.
  • Mid term: Oct./Nov.
  • Winter: 7 days

PTM MEET
Last working day of the month is observed as half working day for students only later half of the day is utilised for parent teacher meet. In addition to this when progress/result cards are issued at the end of a test/exam an additional parent teacher meet is organised.

BOOKS, STATIONERY AND UNIFORM
Prescribed books by RBSE purchase from market.

SCHOOL FEE
School fee will be charged for 12 months, in advance, in four instalments payable in the months of April, July, October and January. It can be paid by cash/cheque. Cheque/ draft be made in favour of the Principal, Shri Bhawani Niketan Senior Secondary School.
Fee should be deposited on or before 10th day of due month. If the fee and other dues are not paid by the last day of the due month the name of the defaulter student will be struck off the rolls, without any notice. Re-admission on payment of dues is not automatic. This may be denied.
The Fee once deposited shall not be refunded for any reason.
The Bhawani Niketan Shiksha Samiti reserves the right to revise the fee structure, if need arises at any time.
No Separate Notice will issued for depositing the Fee.
*Student Insurance by United India Insurance Company Limited. The premium will be paid by school fund.
